Kangaroo lattice barrier failed

compost bin did not work, he was back and did more damage to my dear
little plum tree. Next I dragged a piece of lattice work across the
pathway yesterday to block him out. I checked today. He figured out a
way to go around to the other side of the shed, found an apple tree and
started tripping that to shreds too, before making his way back around
to the plum tree and having another go at it.
